Towne Park Bell Attendant delivers exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly, attentive, and efficient manner. You will assist hotel guests with luggage, including delivery and pickup during arrival and departure, and provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about the hotel, meeting rooms, amenities and local attractions.
Maintain a professional demeanor with guests and colleagues, greet guests within five feet, use guest last names, and follow Towne Park phone etiquette.
