Job DetailsCompensation: hourly base pay $8–$10 per hour, plus $5 per hour shift differential and $5–$10 per hour in tips.
Schedule:
11pm‑7am shift.
Benefits: accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity and telemedicine insurance; 401(k) retirement plan for eligible employees. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for benefits.
- Maintain pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Greet guests within five feet, use guest’s last name and a proper salutation of the day.
- Practice Towne Park phone etiquette and remain in designated areas when not completing tasks.
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; open vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
- Assist guests with bell services, luggage storage, directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries.
- Provide information about facility amenities, main attraction of the area, and deliver requested messages or items.
- Shuttle guests to approved locations and explain parking rates and procedures.
- Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks before issuing keys.
- Maintain accurate ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, and claim check receipt.
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when necessary.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
- One month related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles.
- Reading/writing standard English, comprehension of simple instructions.
- Basic arithmetic: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with US money amounts.
- Understanding of 24‑hour and military time systems.
- Understanding of applicable rates and time calculations.
- Manual transmission operation and parallel parking desirable.
Authority to act is limited to following established procedures and operational guidelines. Decision making is within specific operational instructions; errors could affect departmental efficiency. The employee has control only over resources provided and is not responsible for budgeting beyond that scope.
Working Conditions & Physical DemandsWork is primarily outdoors during shifts; employees may be exposed to extreme heat and cold. Duties include talking or hearing, sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, running, lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, and operating heavy equipment. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
