Job Opportunity At Ibis Budget Valencia Alcasser

The Ibis Budget Valencia Alcasser hotel team is looking for a new team member who is passionate about customer service and wants to work in the reception area full-time. If you enjoy working in a team, this could be a great opportunity. The job involves working rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with two days off weekly. The tasks to be performed include:

• Customer service, both telephone and in person.
• Processing and managing reservations.
• Collection and invoicing of services.
• Registration of guests (check-in).
• Guest checkouts (check-out).
• Night closing (night shift).
• Drinks service.
• Preparation and service of food (5th range).
• Bar service (café and drinks).
• Support for breakfast or food service.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to focus attention on the needs of guests, maintaining calm and courtesy at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.

Experience is not essential but valued. English is required. A second language is valuable. A driver's license and a personal vehicle are necessary to reach the workplace.
