We are looking for a friendly, dependable professional to serve as the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out, assisting with inquiries, handling transactions, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.

• Greeting guests as they arrive at the hotel
• Checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Assisting guests with any questions or concerns
• Maintaining accurate records of guest information and room assignments
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Ensuring that the front desk area is clean and organized

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proficiency in using hotel front desk software and equipment
• Basic math skills
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
