OverviewWe are looking for Valet Attendants to serve Indianapolis' finest hotels during the 3rd shift (11 pm to 7 am). Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, customer‑focused, and capable of handling the physical demands of the job. The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, daily cash tips, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities- Greet guests and load, unload, and retrieve luggage
- Safely park guests’ vehicles and retrieve them upon request
- Assist guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Adhere to company policy and procedures
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Clean criminal record
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Ability to jog/sprint short distances; frequent walking, jogging, and running
- Prolonged standing, frequent walking and continued running will be required
- Ability to lift, load, and unload luggage up to 80 lbs.
- Comfortable driving multiple vehicles in multi‑level parking garages
- Operating a manual transmission vehicle (preferred)

Base pay ranges from $12 to $20 per hour with wages and tips combined. The role also offers daily cash tips and a $15+ hourly wage including tips. Additional sign‑on bonus and performance incentives may apply.
