3rd Shift Downtown Hotels - Valet Attendant

We are looking for Valet Attendants to serve Indianapolis' finest hotels during the 3rd shift (11 pm to 7 am). Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, customer‑focused, and capable of handling the physical demands of the job. The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, daily cash tips, and opportunities for advancement.

• Greet guests and load, unload, and retrieve luggage
• Safely park guests’ vehicles and retrieve them upon request
• Assist guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Adhere to company policy and procedures

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Clean criminal record
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Ability to jog/sprint short distances; frequent walking, jogging, and running
• Prolonged standing, frequent walking and continued running will be required
• Ability to lift, load, and unload luggage up to 80 lbs.
• Comfortable driving multiple vehicles in multi‑level parking garages
• Operating a manual transmission vehicle (preferred)

Base pay ranges from $12 to $20 per hour with wages and tips combined. The role also offers daily cash tips and a $15+ hourly wage including tips. Additional sign‑on bonus and performance incentives may apply.
