At Social Cantina, we believe every great guest experience starts with a warm welcome. We're looking for Hosts who enjoy connecting with people, creating positive first impressions, and helping set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

As a Host, you'll play an important role in shaping each guest's visit from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll help create a welcoming atmosphere, support smooth restaurant operations, and ensure guests feel valued from arrival to departure.

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude.
• Manage guest seating in a way that supports both guest experience and operational flow.
• Communicate wait times and guest needs clearly and professionally.
• Manage reservations and waitlists accurately.
• Support dining room organization and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, managers, and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other assigned responsibilities.

• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
