At Planet Fitness, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, non-intimidating environment where everyone feels comfortable. We’re currently hiring Overnight Team Members who are friendly, dependable, and ready to help us keep our positive energy going strong — even after hours!
As an Overnight Team Member, you’ll be the face of the club during the quietest hours, providing excellent service to late-night members and ensuring everything stays clean and organized. This is a part-time position, with scheduled hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.____________________________________________________________________________________________________Now Starting at $17/Hour – Plus These Great Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
Greet all members and guests to ensure a warm, welcoming environment
Check members in, give club tours, and sign-up new members
Answer phone calls and handle member inquiries professionally
Update member information and assist with billing or account changes
Process transactions using our Point-of-Sale system
Close out the Point-of-Sale system at the end of the night
Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks to keep the club spotless____________________________________________________________________________________________________
What We’re Looking For:
Positive and upbeat attitude with great customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail
Dependable and punctual – overnight reliability is keyCPR/AED certified (otherwise, we will provide certification)
Must be 18 years or older
Customer service experience is a plus____________________________________________________________________________________________________
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, and speak with members throughout the shift
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
