** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
**** Education
* ** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
** Experience
* ** Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
* Hospitality environment experience a plus.
** Skills & Knowledge
*** Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to consistently work the PM shift from 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Duties & Responsibilities
*** Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas.
* Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
* Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
* Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms.
* Ensure all furniture, décor, and fixtures in public areas are clean and tidy.
* Monitor lobby appearance throughout the shift and address issues promptly.
* Respond to guest requests and provide assistance courteously.
* Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
* Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
