Seasonal Housing Front Desk Attendant
We’re seeking candidates who want an adventure of a lifetime as a Seasonal Housing Front Desk Attendant at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari. The Front Desk Attendant works closely with, and reports directly to, the Housing Manager to ensure the safety and comfort of residents in Compass Commons. This role assists residents with any issues, manages general operations of the housing facility, and reports maintenance issues, unsafe conditions, and resident disputes to the Resident Assistant or Housing Manager as needed.
This position is specifically for the 3rd Shift (11:00 – 7:30 AM) or 2nd Shift (3:00 – 11:30 PM). An hourly shift differential is added to the base rate during qualifying hours.
Responsibilities- Perform all administrative tasks as defined by the Housing Manager, including posting fliers, completing weekly reports, and handling paperwork.
- Understand, explain, support, and enforce all Employee Housing policies and procedures.
- Assist residents and participate in or lead resident events.
- Maintain a standard of personal conduct; set an example in abiding by all applicable laws and Company policies.
- Direct residents and follow procedures outlined in the SOPs during emergency situations.
- Serve as a positive representative of the Housing Department.
- Know, understand, and follow all policies in the Employee Housing Handbook and all applicable Federal and State laws.
- Inform the Housing Assistant Manager/Housing Manager of any current or potential problems involving a resident or affecting staff or other residents.
- Always demonstrate sound judgment.

- Maintain confidentiality to the highest standards.
- Take initiative and maintain the company’s reputation for safety, service, courtesy, cleanliness, and integrity.

- Other duties as assigned.
- Some experience working the front desk at a hotel or residential facility preferred, but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old or older.
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Enthusiastic approach to helping employees.
- Strong ability to work independently.
- High degree of professional integrity.
- Strong attention to detail.
