Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and related areas to Belterra standards.;
Maintain and clean equipment used during the shift and report safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies.;
Greet guests and assist with issues within established guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction.;
Assist other housekeeping staff and contribute to department projects as needed.;
Document duties accomplished during the shift as required.
