- Oversee daily operations across Rental, Retail, Uniforms, Product Sales & Services (PSS), and support Food & Beverage operations.
- Lead the Resort Operations team and strategically deploy resources throughout the resort based on guest demand, staffing needs, and operational priorities.
- Monitor resort-wide guest flow and operational performance, adjusting staffing throughout the day to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.
- Train, coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline employees to drive performance, engagement, and professional growth.
- Support department leaders in hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, and succession planning.
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Oversee inventory control, uniform distribution, and operational asset management.
- Ensure operational areas remain clean, organized, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with resort leadership to improve guest satisfaction, employee engagement, operational excellence, and financial performance.
- Monitor labor and operating expenses while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.
- Build and sustain a high-performing culture focused on accountability, leadership development, and guest service excellence.
- Support resort-wide initiatives, special events, and group programs.
- Provide frontline operational support as needed and perform additional duties to support the overall success of the resort.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience in hospitality, recreation, retail, guest services, ski resort operations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience leading teams, developing leaders, and driving operational performance.
- Experience overseeing multiple departments while balancing resort-wide priorities and business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage staffing resources and make real-time operational decisions based on guest demand and business needs.
- Strong understanding of Product Sales & Services (PSS), rental operations, retail operations, and guest service delivery.
- Proven experience recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees and leaders.
- Ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing labor, inventory, budgets, and operational performance.
- Proven ability to lead change and implement operational improvements across multiple functions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
