Executive Housekeeper

Lead a high-performing award-winning housekeeping teamand help create a clean, safe, welcoming experience for every guest.

Hampton Inn & Suites is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintain brand standards, and support a positive, productive team environment.

• Schedule housekeeping staff, assign rooms, and monitor daily productivity.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness, safety, and appearance standards.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies, amenities,chemicals, safety data sheets, labels, and inventory.
• Coordinate work orders for Maintenance.
• Enter room status information accurately and promptly each day.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and maintain required hiring and termination documentation.
• Train team members on chemical handling,cleaning techniques, safe work practices, uniform standards, and guest service.
• Lead daily housekeeping meetings and communicate priorities, concerns, and recognition.
• Report safety hazards, property damage,suspicious activity, and policy concerns to the General Manager.

• Strong leadership, organization, communication,and attention to detail.
• A guest-focused, respectful, and positive approach to working with team members and guests.
• Ability to follow company policies, brand requirements, and current public-health and infectious-disease guidance.
• Commitment to safe practices, including proper footwear, uniform, name tag, chemical use, and hazard awareness.

Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.
