About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Catering Supervisor to join their team in George , Western Cape. This role involves supervising daily catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service for various events and functions. You will play a key role in leading a team of catering staff, managing resources effectively, and contributing to the smooth running of our catering division.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the catering team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
• Assist in menu planning and preparation, ensuring adherence to quality and presentation guidelines.
