A Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as a champion for the Damar brand while supporting the full recruitment lifecycle across all programs within our organization. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through each step of the hiring process—from reviewing applications and conducting initial phone interviews to coordinating next steps with hiring managers. You’ll remain the main connection for candidates until they transition into onboarding, helping ensure a positive and supportive experience along the way.

The primary location for this role is on our main campus on the southwest side of Indianapolis, IN. This is an in-office position.

• Salary: $45,000

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1 to 3 years of professional sourcing and recruitment experience preferred.
• Previous experience working with HRIS and ATS systems preferred as well as proficiency with MS Office applications including:
  Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard;
  
  to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
