The Recruiting Specialist supports the Business Professionals recruitment process across a variety of roles and functions. This will include full-lifecycle delivery and help ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiting Specialist works closely with hiring teams to ensure searches move smoothly, timelines are met, and information is well organized and communicated.
Responsibilities Recruitment Support & Candidate Experience- Own the recruitment process by assisting with sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, professional, and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Source candidates through Linked In and other recruiting platforms.
- Conduct market and talent research to support recruiting efforts and provide insights on candidate availability and role requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers by gathering role requirements, coordinating interviews, and helping ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Help maintain organized documentation and updates related to open roles.
- Track candidate progress, maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system, and support recruiting workflows.
- Manage interview logistics, timelines, and follow-ups to keep searches moving forward.
- Prepare recruiting materials such as candidate summaries, interview feedback summaries, and basic reporting.
- Ability to support multiple open roles at once while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms such as Linked In, applicant tracking systems, and job boards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, track candidate status, and assist with basic reporting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Ability to quickly learn new roles, teams, and business concepts, with a willingness to grow recruiting skills over time.
