- You enjoy creating a personalized, welcoming onboarding experience for new employees making sure they feel engaged and supported from day one
- You will manage HR files, HRIS data, and compliance documentation that is organized, accurate, and handled with confidentiality
- You will help navigate employee relations by documenting concerns and partnering with the business HR Manager on next steps and resolution
- Additionally, you will support operations leaders with performance management activities, including goal setting, evaluations, and development discussions
- You will coordinate alongside the training and development team to conduct training sessions and ensure all schedules, materials, and records are up to date
- Further, you will respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and attendance, offering timely and helpful support
- You will provide day‑to‑day administrative support to executives and site leaders through scheduling, meeting prep, and communication
- You will maintain reporting, data logs, and documentation that help HR, Safety, and business teams make informed decisions
- You will manage the uniform and company‑issued items program; overseeing new‑hire distribution, inventory, and invoice review
- You will coordinate office operations, facility needs, and vendor communication to ensure a smooth, clean, and efficient workplace
- You have the ability to plan and deliver employee engagement activities, DEI initiatives, volunteer events, and appreciation programs
- You will contribute to cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement efforts that enhance HR processes and everyday operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership or related field
- 1-3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Previous operations or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations (eg FMLA, ADA, EEO)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Abilities to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS Systems
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Prior experience with event planning and large scale organization is a plus
- Ability to work on‑site in a manufacturing plant setting
