The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, are currently seeking an HR Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description- Pay: $25 - 28/hr
- 10-month assignment
- Hybrid role - 3 days onsite
- You will provide HR shared services support to employees and managers, responding to inquiries related to benefits, time off, compensation, HR policies, and employee data via a case management system.
- You will manage and document employee cases using ticketing systems (Salesforce, Service Now, Zendesk, etc) ensuring timely resolution and data accuracy.
- You will leverage Workday HCM to support employee and manager self-service inquiries and process transactions/corrections as needed.
- You will maintain and update HR knowledge base content while identifying process improvements to enhance employee experience.
- You will assist with HR projects, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing initiatives.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably within a shared services environment (3-10 years target range)
- Experience working in a case management/ticketing system required
- Workday HCM or similar HRIS experience highly preferred
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employee data confidentiality
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
