Location: Indianapolis
Job Title – HR Background Adjudication Specialist
Location:
Indianapolis, IN 46204 (3 days Onsite)
Salary Range: $24 - $26/hr
6-month assignment on W2.
IntroductionThe HR Background Adjudication Specialist will work within the Employee Success team to coordinate the background screening adjudication process.
Qualifications- High School Diploma is Required
- Bachelor's degree in an HR discipline (Highly Preferred). - A minimum of 1 year of HR work experience that includes background screening adjudications is required.
- Must have prior Adjudication experience.
- Experience with First Advantage background screening is preferred.
- Case Management and ticketing system experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs is expected.
