Job OverviewThe Employee Success Specialist is a key member of a globally diverse team dedicated to providing guidance and support to employees across various regions, including Canada, the US, and Latin America. This role focuses on delivering a world‑class employee experience by offering expertise in HR policies, performance management, workplace accommodations, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality while fostering relationships at all organizational levels.
Responsibilities- Provide guidance and direction to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures, promoting the company’s vision, values, and culture.
- Offer front‑line support to address and resolve employee questions or concerns.
- Recommend effective solutions and elevate workplace concerns to Employee Relations Managers when necessary.
- Support business partners by interpreting policies and ensuring consistent practices.
- Create and implement internal team procedures while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activities to ensure quality employee records and metrics.
- Collaborate with other centers of excellence, such as Employee Relations, Benefits, and Talent Development.
- Consult and build relationships with all levels of operational management and HR team members.
- Exercise sound judgment and expertise within broadly defined policies and practices.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience consulting on HR policies and processes with employees and managers.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist;
Employee Relations experience (performance management, coaching, employee/manager guidance, workplace accommodations) is ideal. - Experience in a centralized HR department or shared services organization is preferred.
- Proficiency with case management systems and Workday is preferred.
- Ability to manage a high volume of employee cases effectively.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to apply company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
