You will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure SKYLAKE attracts, hires, andretainshigh-performing team members who reflect our culture and brand.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across departments
- Partner with leaders to develop workforce planning strategies aligned with seasonal demand and growth plans
- Advise hiring managers on candidateselection, interviewing best practices, and compensation alignment
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent
- Oversee employer branding initiatives and community recruiting partnerships
- Manage recruiting metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring efficiency and quality
- Ensure compliant recruiting practices aligned with employment laws and company policies
- Develop and manage relationships with local schools, colleges, and community organizations; represent SKYLAKE at job fairs and hiring events to build sustainable talent pipelines.
- Serve as an HR advisor to department leaders on performance management, coaching, and employee relations matters
- Support onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Assist with policy interpretation and consistent application across teams
- Participate in investigations, documentation, and conflict resolution as needed
- Support performance review processes and talent development planning
- Contribute to HR process improvements and systems optimization
- Assist with benefits education and employee communications
- Support compliance initiatives including wage and hour, EEO, and workplace policies
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR generalist roles
- Demonstrated experience exercising independent judgment in hiring
- Strong understanding of employment law fundamentals and compliance best practices
- Experience advising leaders on hiring, performance, and team development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a seasonal, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
