This is a fully remote,
1099 independent contractor opportunity that can be structured as:
- Full-time
- Part-time
- A second income stream
In this role, you will recruit and place allied health professionals in travel-contract, and direct hire positions while building long-term relationships and growing your own book of business.
Compensation50% commission on each placement fees
No income cap
Paid after client collection
Unlimited earning potential
- Source, recruit, and place allied health professionals nationwide
- Manage travel, contract, and direct hire openings
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Conduct screenings, interviews, and compensation negotiations
- Maintain clinician relationships throughout assignments
- Healthcare recruiting experience preferred (allied health a plus)
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a commission-only structure
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple openings
