Role OverviewAs a Staffing Consultant, you will find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles with companies and organizations in your local market. This is a full‑cycle recruiting role that involves sourcing, screening, coaching, and placing candidates. You will build strong relationships with job seekers through coaching on resume editing, interview preparation, and post‑interview support. In addition to recruiting, you will collaborate with your team to discuss open positions, post job advertisements, and use online sourcing tools.

- Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, Linked In, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking.
- Proactively cold‑call to reach a broad range of candidates, laying a foundation for success.
- Interview prospective candidates.
- Prep candidates for client interviews—review resumes, discuss client needs, conduct mock interviews.
- Deliver offer news, extend job offers, and manage the offer process.
- Follow up with candidates on assignment to ensure they have all necessities.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, explain, and collaborate both internally and externally.
- A passion for working with people and building relationships.
- Strong self‑motivation and perseverance—ready to make 100+ calls and pursue that 101st call.
- Leadership and competitive drive, ideal for those who thrive in goal‑oriented environments.
- Sound judgment and discretion when assessing business and candidate fit.
