Salary $60,000 - $80,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits – Northeast USA
Our client is looking for an individual that has a strong Human Resource Generalist background preferably in a Manufacturing plant and at least 2 yrs of Human Resource experience. Will assist Human Resource Manager in handling all aspects of Human Resources. You will be working directly with all managers in the facility on training, safety, employee relations and performance management. You will maintain current programs as well as develop and implement new Human Resource programs.
Employee relations, safety, training and development are huge concentration areas.
Ideal background would be someone that is a strong Human Resource Generalist in a manufacturing environment. You must possess strong leadership skills.
Minimum requirements for this Human Resource Generalist position:
- Must have general knowledge/HR experience
- At least 2 years of progressive generalist experience
- Union experience preferred, but not required.
