HR Manager, HR Generalist / Talent Management

Human Resources Manager
Engagement with management in the development and implementation of the human resources strategy in line with the overall goals of the group
Trusted partner of management in decision-making (guidance, support and advice) in all human resources issues, including employee relations, talent management, performance management and compensation
Leading, coaching and developing their own team of people managers and people generalists to ensure the effective provision of HR services in their area of responsibility
Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, works councils and external partners
Identifying and analyzing HR metrics to support management and derive action recommendations
Driving and accompanying talent management initiatives, including talent assessment, succession planning and leadership development
Leading and participating in HR projects and ensuring successful implementation within the time and budget framework
Periodic review in terms of compliance with people policies and procedures as well as laws and regulations
Responsible for accompanying internal and external audits in the area of people
Calculation of personnel-related special effects (salary increases, social plans, etc.)
Completed bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a comparable field
At least 7 years of relevant HR professional experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership position
Experience in labor and employment law/industrial relations
Fluent German and English spoken and written
Proficient in MS Office applications
Very good knowledge of HR software and other relevant tools
Strong process orientation as well as proven experience in the implementation and further development of HR structures and orientation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build effective working relationships with all departments and senior management
Very good analytical skills as well as experience in using HR metrics and data for informed decision-making
Leadership experience and experience in coaching employees
Experience in change management
