The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Strategic Programs leads the operational execution of key Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives, remediation efforts, and strategic workforce programs. In partnership with senior Talent Acquisition leadership, this role is responsible for implementing standardized processes, reinforcing operational controls, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across TA programs. This position plays a critical role in stabilizing workflows, driving compliance, and supporting the delivery of scalable talent solutions aligned with organizational workforce priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution of enterprise Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives and remediation activities
  • Implement standardized TA processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across operations
  • Reinforce operational controls and support adherence to governance, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Drive process stabilization and workflow consistency across Talent Acquisition functions
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to execute strategic initiatives and operational priorities
  • Ensure consistent execution and delivery of TA programs and workforce initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day implementation of strategic talent programs aligned to organizational needs
  • Support development and execution of workforce partnerships, recruiting initiatives, and pipeline programs
  • Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Provide operational support that strengthens execution, enhances program delivery, and advances Talent Acquisition effectiveness

Reports to :
Executive Director - Talent Acquisition Transformation and Strategic Programs

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Requires 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Operations, Program Management, or related experience is required.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Requires demonstrated experience implementing operational improvement initiatives, process enhancements, workforce programs, or organizational projects.
  • Requires experience supporting or leading process standardization, compliance activities, governance initiatives, or operational control environments.
  • Requires experience executing Talent Acquisition programs, workforce initiatives, or enterprise projects within a complex organizational environment.
  • Requires experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups to achieve business objectives.
  • Requires experience analyzing operational, recruiting, or workforce data to identify trends, monitor performance, and support business decision-making.
  • Requires experience coaching, supporting, and developing team members while reinforcing accountability and operational consistency.
  • Requires the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and partner with leadership to enhance operational effectiveness, consistency, and user experience.
  • Requires the ability to coach and support team members to strengthen operational execution, accountability, compliance adherence, and service delivery excellence.
  • Requires a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, operational projects, and competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality.
  • Requires strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Requires working knowledge of Human Resources regulations, compliance requirements, and employment practices.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
