Now hiring for a Contract Indianapolis Human Resources Coordinator.
Responsibilities- Maintain and audit HR records to ensure completeness and regulatory alignment
- Manage incoming HR inquiries and route requests to the appropriate stakeholders
- Organize and maintain employee documentation and internal files
- Assist with administrative tasks tied to HR projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and follow-through
- Associate's Degree
- Prior experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
This position is in office, Monday
- Friday, 8a-5p.
This is a contract position expected to last 6 months.
