This position is ONSITE in Montpelier, IN must be able to commute to Montpelier, IN

What's a typical day as Sr. Human Resource Business Partner? You'll be:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and programs that cover employment, labor relations, and employee services, reporting to the site leadership.
  • Managing the site's compensation, reward, and recognition programs while ensuring alignment with the total rewards strategy.
  • Supporting business leaders in workforce planning, staffing, and recruiting for the hourly workforce to achieve business objectives.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field and have 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Possess working knowledge of employment law and industry best practices, with a proven track record of building strong relationships within an organization.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
