Sysco is seeking an HR professional to assist the HR Manager and HRBP with local initiatives and to implement regional programs. The role supports attracting, developing, retaining and engaging talent to meet business goals.
The candidate will handle onboarding, leave administration, unemployment claims, OSHA reporting and payroll-related tasks, while coaching associates and supervisors on policies. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred; 2–5 years HR experience is valued.
