Responsibilities
- Provides centralized, frontline human resources support within the HR Service Center.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for caregivers and leaders.
- Supports a high‑volume, tiered HR service delivery model by managing HR inquiries and transactions across the caregiver lifecycle.
- Ensures accurate, timely, and consistent resolution of HR cases.
- Responsible for intake, documentation, and resolution of HR cases; processing HR transactions; maintaining data integrity across HR systems; and adhering to standardized workflows, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance requirements.
- Collaborates with cross‑functional HR partners to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Identifies trends and recurring issues and contributes to process improvements that enhance HR Service Center efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field required.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in human resources, HR operations, customer service, or a high‑volume shared services or service center environment required.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and caregiver employment practices.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage frequent and varied inquiries.
- High level of attention to detail with strong data accuracy and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, case management tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Service Now experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow standardized workflows while exercising appropriate judgment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize work and adapt in a fast‑paced, process‑oriented environment.
