HR Specialist | Leading Enterprise Organization
We're looking for an HR Specialist to support employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, and workforce management processes. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong customer service and HR systems experience who enjoy helping employees, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting critical HR functions in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do:- Provide high-touch support to employees and managers via phone, email, and case management systems
- Process HR transactions including hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes, leave requests, and benefit enrollments
- Maintain accurate employee records and data within Workday or other HRIS platforms
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability programs
- Resolve HR, payroll, and benefits inquiries while ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution
- Coach employees on self‑service tools and escalate complex cases to appropriate specialists when needed
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance HR operations
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits, workforce management, or employee support functions
- Experience with Workday, People Soft, or other HRIS platforms
- Strong customer service skills; call center or HR shared services experience is a plus
- Knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits processes with the ability to explain policies and procedures clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem‑solving, and data management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast‑changing environment
- Spanish language skills are a plus

Salary: $20 - $22/hr
