Human Resources Manager
Location: Bristol, IN
Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000

What You’ll Own- Be the go‑to HR leader for executives and managers
- Take charge of recruiting, workforce planning, and building talent pipelines
- Drive performance management, compensation strategy, and annual reviews
- Lead employee relations and culture initiatives across all levels
- Ensure compliance (OSHA, labor laws) without slowing the business down
- Jump into the trenches when needed—payroll backup, HR operations, and day‑to‑day support
- 5–8+ years of HR experience (manufacturing is a big plus)
- Proven ability to balance strategy with hands‑on execution
- Someone confident working with both shop floor employees and executives
- Strong communicator who can influence, push back, and build trust
- HR certification (PHR/SHRM‑CP) is a plus
- Real influence — not just policy enforcement
- Visibility with ownership and leadership team
- Growth runway as the company continues to expand
- Strong culture with long‑tenured leadership
- Bonus eligible (annual, discretionary)
