Location: Indianapolis

Job Overview

Position: HR Solutions Coordinator

Location: Indianapolis, IN. Associates are required to work in office 1–2 days per week; the remaining work is remote to support flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and adjust HR records, balance activities, and maintain case files in the case management system.
  • Support system changes and run / analyze HR reports.
  • Answer associate and management inquiries related to HR benefits, payroll, and compliance through the HR Solutions Center.
  • Serve as point of contact for compliance questions and elevate issues as needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • High‑school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of experience in payroll, tax, benefits, or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
  • Experience assisting customers via Live Chat.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Workday experience strongly preferred.
Work Environment

Job level:
Non‑Management, Non‑Exempt. Shift: 1st Shift.
