Now hiring for a Contract Indianapolis Human Resources Generalist.
Responsibilities- Review and approve job descriptions for accuracy and consistency
- Provide feedback to hiring managers and ensure descriptions meet established standards
- Maintain accurate records and track completion of position reviews
- Post open positions and support the hiring process
- Coordinate onboarding activities and follow up on required employment paperwork
- General HR experience with knowledge of hiring and onboarding processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately
- Comfortable managing repetitive, high-volume administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills when working with hiring managers and candidates
