Salary: $75,000–$85,000

Talent Acquisition Leadership
Own full-cycle recruiting to support growth initiatives, close skill gaps, and proactively plan for upcoming retirements in key manufacturing roles.
Employee Relations & Culture
Build strong relationships across the workforce, fostering trust, accountability, and open communication at every level.
Payroll Support
Serve as a reliable payroll backup across multiple business units, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Benefits Administration
Assist with onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee support, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
HR Systems & Data Management
Use Paylocity, E2, and Excel to maintain accurate HR data, streamline processes, and support operational efficiency.
- HR experience within a manufacturing environment (machine shop exposure is a plus)
- Proficiency with Paylocity, E2, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A values-driven approach aligned with integrity, positivity, and collaboration
- Ability to operate effectively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
