Location: Indianapolis
Res Med Inc. is seeking a Sr. People Business Advisor (Sr. HR Generalist) to partner with leaders and employees across the organization. The role focuses on providing expert HR guidance, coaching, and collaborative problem solving to promote fair and compliant workplace practices.
Hybrid position requiring on-site work four days a week with one day remote, supporting evening and weekend needs as required. A bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of HR Generalist experience are expected.
