Location: Indianapolis

Human Resources Service Coordinator needed in Indianapolis, IN.

This in‑office role offers a salary up to $60,000, plus health benefits, an annual bonus program, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Corporate HR team in delivering HR services and programs.
  • Provide local leaders support in onboarding and offboarding employees, recruiting, benefits, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement activities.
  • Guide the escalation and resolution of HR questions, requests, and issues to appropriate channels (e.g., Branch Manager, Corporate HR, or corporate leadership).
  • Interact with vendors and co‑workers in a professional manner.
  • Show willingness to continual learning.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.
  • Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.
  • Perform any other duties deemed appropriate by management.
Requirements
  • Experience in providing Human Resources support, benefits, EEOC, FMLA.
  • Experience with ADP.
  • Ability to think strategically and practice mutual influence.
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Pass drug and background screenings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite:
    Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to sit for long periods.
  • Must be able to effectively use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
  • Must be able to perform some repetitive motions while using a computer.
  • Must be able to talk or hear regularly; the employee frequently sits, stands, walks, uses hands to finger, handle or feel, and reaches with hands and arms.
Hiring Process
  • New hires must complete the I‑9 Verification form within 3 days of hire and complete E‑Verify.
  • All positions require background checks with criminal courts, state and county repositories of criminal records, and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Tests for evidence of substance abuse by urinalysis are required if this application results in an offer of employment.

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
