The Position:

The Operations Specialist at Morales Group is responsible for recruitment and placement of qualified candidates for assigned areas of responsibility, managing the recruitment cycle, establishing multiple recruiting strategies with multiple resources, while continually exhibiting the core values of the  a small market, a recruiter’s responsibilities will include administrative duties such as processing all teammates. Assist in answering the multi-line phone system and managing front lobby.

Use problem solving skills to support current and future teammates. Performs basic employee records maintenance such as address changes, recording availability calls, and research issues/concerns/questions. Maintains employee applications and required onboarding forms. Ensure an excellent teammate experience while at the Morales Group.

The Duties:

Manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish

Review internal data base for social security number mismatch and take appropriate action

Accurately enters employee payment information into database (i.e. pay card, direct deposit, etc.)Ensure all teammate interactions are promptly and accurately documented in our ATS.Process E-Verify Cases and follow-up on any outstanding cases in accordance with Federal guidelines.

Complete TNC forms and direct associates to Social Security Administration as required

Assigns employee application for new hires and rehires in the data base for immediate start

Manage the Form I-9 for completeness and accuracy

Contact employees with Form I-9 errors to correct

Track expiring work authorization documents and work with Ops team to update.

Enter application and onboarding information into database.

Maintain and manage I-9 Advantage system for respective branch.

Perform candidate interviews to assure the proper teammate meets job description qualifications

Enter accurate and highly detailed information from all interviews into our ATS.Assist with the walk-in overflow (i.e. help employees with filling out applications and through on-boarding process)
Completes necessary amount of outbound and inbound calls daily

Perform employee orientations prior to start date Conduct searches in our ATS or other resume database for suitable candidates

Continuously search for potential employee candidates on Career Builder and through referrals

Assist with multiple in-house and external resources simultaneously, such as job fairs and hiring events, to attract a high-volume of qualified candidates

Use good judgment and make independent selection of candidates to be presented to client for consideration; coordinate interviews accordingly

Work closely with Operations and Sales Team, consulting daily on the status of orders, client communication, and possible strategies for optimum achievement of placement success and customer satisfaction

Receive orders for direct hire positions from client and communicate candidate recommendation throughout interview/selection process
