Location: Indianapolis
EY is seeking a Talent Team Coordinator (TTC) in the United States to partner with Talent Consultants and coordinate HR processes across the employee life cycle. You will handle inquiries, process transactions in Success Factors, support performance management and promotion processes, and produce HR reports.
The role requires 3–5 years in HR or tech reporting, an associate degree or higher, and intermediate to advanced Excel. Travel may be required, and a hybrid work model is offered.
