Location: Indianapolis

At Lilly, the work is demanding because patients are waiting. We unite caring with discovery to help make life better for people around the world, knowing that every decision, every detail, and every day matters. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, our over 50,000 employees around the globe take on complex challenges to discover and deliver life‑changing medicines, strengthen how health is understood and managed, and support the communities we serve.

This is hard, urgent, self‑less work—but it’s work worth doing. If you’re driven by purpose and ready to bring your best to work that truly matters for patients, we invite you to join us.

Associate Recruiter — Manufacturing & Quality

Lilly’s Manufacturing & Quality organization is one of the fastest‑growing functions in the company — and this role sits at the center of that growth. As an Associate Recruiter supporting M&Q, you won’t just be filling roles. You’ll be building the teams behind some of the most important scientific and manufacturing work in the pharmaceutical industry, directly contributing to Lilly’s ability to bring life‑changing medicines to patients around the world.

This is a role for a recruiter who thinks like a business partner — someone who gets curious about the work, earns the trust of leaders, and uses data to tell a story and drive decisions. If you thrive in a fast‑moving environment, love solving hard talent problems, and want your work to matter, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do Be a True Business Partner
  • Build deep relationships with hiring managers and business leaders — understand their teams, their goals, and what makes someone truly successful in their organization.
  • Translate business strategy into talent strategy, designing recruitment approaches that are tailored to each team’s unique needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process — guiding decisions, managing expectations, and navigating complexity with confidence.
  • Engage and influence leaders at all levels, representing Talent Acquisition with credibility and clarity.
Deliver Exceptional Talent
  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for a portfolio of Manufacturing & Quality roles — from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute proactive, creative sourcing strategies that go beyond job postings to find the specialized talent M&Q needs.
  • Present highly qualified, thoughtfully curated candidate slates that reflect a genuine understanding of role requirements.
  • Lead offer negotiations and closing conversations with skill and precision.
  • Deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience for every candidate and hiring manager you partner with.
Use Data to Drive Decisions
  • Track and communicate key recruiting metrics — pipeline health, time to fill, offer acceptance — with clarity and confidence.
  • Use market intelligence and competitive data to inform sourcing strategies and provide guidance on talent availability and compensation.
  • Proactively identify patterns and gaps in the talent pipeline, and bring forward solutions before problems surface.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment practices based on data and outcomes.
Champion the Candidate & Lilly’s Brand
  • Represent Lilly’s mission, values, and employer brand with authenticity and passion at every touchpoint.
  • Coach hiring managers on best practices in attraction, interviewing, and selection to elevate the quality of every hire.
  • Maintain compliance and consistency throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Partner across HR, legal, compliance, relocation, and immigration teams to remove barriers and move with agility.
What You Bring Basic Requirements
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or talent sourcing.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization or visas for this role, including but not limited to F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or L-1.
Preferred
  • Experience recruiting in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a highly regulated environment.
  • A data‑driven mentality — you know how to use metrics to tell a story and influence…
