We're seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to join a growing HR team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and process improvement while partnering with leaders to support Total Rewards initiatives across the organization.
This is an ideal role for someone with a strong compensation background looking to gain more experience within other areas of total rewards (benefits administration, leave administration, etc.). You will have the ability to learn and grow from a tenured total rewards leader.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations to support competitive compensation programs.
- Maintain salary structures, job architecture, and compensation documentation.
- Analyze internal pay equity, market competitiveness, and compensation trends.
- Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and key metrics, including range penetration and pay equity indicators.
- Support annual merit increases, bonus planning, and incentive compensation programs.
- Participate in salary surveys and identify compensation risks such as compression and retention concerns.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments, life event changes, and employee support.
- Coordinate annual open enrollment activities, vendor communications, and employee education.
- Maintain accurate benefits records and monitor participation and vendor reporting.
- Develop and maintain HR and Total Rewards reporting through HRIS systems (ADP experience is a plus).
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation and benefits data while providing reporting and analytics for leadership.
- Support disability, leave of absence, FMLA, ADA, STD, and LTD administration through reporting, tracking, and coordination with HR and third-party vendors.
- Serve as the primary contact for benefit vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators.
- Create, document, and improve standard operating procedures for Total Rewards processes.
- Partner with HR colleagues on job evaluations, organizational design, compensation, and benefits initiatives.
- Assist with year-end compensation planning, open enrollment, audits, and compliance-related activities.
- Prepare presentations and reports that help leaders make informed business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, finance, or a related HR function.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills with experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, or CEBS certifications are a plus
