Contract Indianapolis Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Establish a consistent and structured recruiting process
- Take ownership of recruiting currently handled by managers
- Source and screen candidates across multiple roles
- Present a shortlist of qualified candidates
- Lead intake meetings and set clear expectations
- Keep roles moving and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS/HRIS
- Build trust with hiring managers and drive process adoption
This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. There is no end date to this contract.
