Mas Tec Renewables is seeking an HR Associate to perform onboarding and HR duties at an onsite Clinton, IN location. This temporary role will cover 4–5 months and involves coordinating new hire paperwork, data entry, and I-9 compliance.
You will work with Payroll and Site Admins to ensure timely, accurate onboarding and employee data management in the HRIS and ATS systems. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.
