Role Overview: The Consultant-Talent Sourcing Intermediate is responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging, and attracting diverse top talent through strategic outreach methods such as social media, job boards, networking, and community engagement.

• Manage multiple requisitions while providing insights to enhance recruiting strategies.
• Build relationships with universities, organizations, and community groups to expand the talent pipeline.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop tailored recruitment strategies, job descriptions, and interview processes aligned with organizational values.
• Conduct candidate screenings and maintain ongoing engagement with passive talent for future opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, applicant tracking systems, and candidate relationship management platforms.
