Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

• Process bi‑weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and audit payroll data including deductions, garnishments, tax with holdings, and PTO balances
• Administer employee benefits programs including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment coordination
• Partner with HR and Accounting to support reporting, reconciliations, and payroll‑related entries
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits questions, resolving issues efficiently and professionally

• 5–7+ years of payroll experience, including hands‑on benefits administration
• Experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar platforms) strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, compliance, and HR best practices
