Role & responsibilities
We are looking for Tech Sourcers to help us find the best tech talent in the global market like North America and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment and good understanding of technical landscape, to attract and hire top talent.
Key Requirements.
- Experience:
1-2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates in either One of the mentioned Tech Stack Software Development Engineer, Data Analytics & IT

Comfortable conducting candidate screening on Phone to assess technical skills - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Linked In Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Shift
- Night shift + Remote
