Now hiring for a Contract Tech Recruiter
Responsibilities- Manage multiple IT requisitions from intake through placement
- Recruit for positions ranging from individual contributors through director level
- Develop sourcing strategies for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions
- Build candidate pipelines through Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing methods
- Provide regular updates on recruiting activity and progress
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand needs and move searches forward
- Use AI and other recruiting tools to support sourcing efforts
- Extensive IT recruiting experience, ideally including corporate recruiting, required
- Experience recruiting across multiple levels within IT, required
- Strong sourcing and candidate development skills
- Linked In Recruiter experience
- Experience with Workday, required
- Professional, polished communication skills
- Team-oriented, collaborative, flexible, and positive approach
- Comfortable working in an environment where processes continue to evolve
- Ability to handle differing opinions and pushback professionally
