Axion Recruitment partners with an established manufacturing company in Indiana seeking an HR Generalist to join their plant-based HR team. This role covers recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, HR administration and compliance.
You will manage full-cycle recruitment, coordinate onboarding, maintain HRIS, support policy inquiries, training, and compensation programs while ensuring OSHA/FMLA compliance. 3–5 years HR experience and a BA in HR or related field required.
