• Lead employee benefits administration and vendor relationships.

• Manage payroll audits, tax reporting, garnishments, and reconciliations.

• Develop reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

• Supervise and mentor payroll and benefits team members.

Qualifications for the Payroll & Benefits Leader:

• Experience leading payroll and benefits functions.

• Strong ADP Workforce Now expertise is required.

• Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax reporting, and compliance.

• Leadership experience managing payroll or HR teams.
