Human Resources Generalist

Indianapolis, IN (Fully Onsite) | Monday-Friday, Day Shift

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing team in Indianapolis. This role will support employee relations, leave administration, compliance, HR operations, and employee lifecycle activities while serving as a trusted resource for employees and leaders.

• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and separations
• Administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and other leave programs
• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee status changes, and background checks
• Maintain HRIS records and employee documentation
• Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and employee communications

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Knowledge of employee relations, leave administration, and employment law
• Paylocity experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
