Director of Payroll & Benefits
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.
- Lead a team of Payroll Specialists in a highly visible Payroll & Benefits Leader role.

- Develop reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor payroll and benefits team members.
- Experience leading payroll and benefits functions.
- Strong ADP Workforce Now expertise is required.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax reporting, and compliance.
- Leadership experience managing payroll or HR teams.
